Request for Advance towards Cost of Books 2012-13

Sir/Madam: It is time to make an advance payment towards cost of books for next academic year. Please send Rs. _______(Rs. ___________________________________) before 15th February 2012. Students of Classes 7, 8 and 9 may purchase and use well preserved second hand text books from senior students or elsewhere. But they will have to provide a list of books they need so that school store does not have to order books that they do not need. Please note that order for books for your child will be placed with respective companies only on receiving advance payment.  All note books will have to be purchased from school.

Those who need TRANSFER CERTIFICATE (T.C) must submit a request for the same before 29th February 2012 and pick it up from office before 31st March 2012 since Principal will be out of station after 31st March 2012.

This Receipt has to be presented at the school store along with Receipt for school fee 2012-13 at the time of picking up books. Books will be distributed from store only after school fee for academic year 2012-13 is paid either in cash or with dated cheques at the school office. Schedule for fee payment and book collection will be sent to all parents in March 2012.
