44 Students of Class 5,6,7,8 and 9 are going on a trip to Mumbai-Aurangabad. Services of UAE Exchange travels are being used for the entire trip.
Kindly note the following details.
Bus leaves from school on Tuesday 22nd January at 04-30 AM. Reporting time at school is 04-00 AM. School bus will start from Nadavayal at 03-30 AM and travel via Panamaram and 4th mile to school and then proceed to Kozhikode without further stops. (No pickups after 04-00 AM). Children must get into the bus in regular uniform. Use monsoon footwear (not canvas or shoe) to avoid sweaty feet. Identity card must be worn at all times. The team will board the ERS Pune Express from Kozhikode at 8.45 am and reach Mumbai at 2.30 am and then proceed to Hotel Regal Plaza in Aurangabad (www.hotelregalplaza.com). Ellora and Ajantha caves in Aurangabad will be visited (On 23rd and 24th). We will proceed to Mumbai on 24th evening. Accommodation is arranged at Hotel Sagar Sangam in Mumbai(www.sagarsangamhotels.com). 2 days and 2 nights will be spent in Mumbai for sight seeing. Return trip will start on 27th morning by Nethravathi Express. Expected time of arrival back at school is 1 pm on 28th January.

(1) Full set of school uniform: 2 Sets (excluding the one being worn)
(2) Wednesday Uniform: 1 Set
(3) Casual wear :2 sets

(8) Innerwear: Enough for 6 days and 6 nights.

(11) Small plastic bag for travel sickness.
Cold weather is expected and standard precautions should be taken. Warm cardigans/overcoats/jackets should be carried.
Students may carry cell phones but they must register their phone numbers with teacher in charge before the trip begins. Cameras and other gadgets if carried are to be taken care of by students themselves. There are no safe keeping arrangements available and teachers will not accept responsibility of such safe keeping. Shopping and movies will require additional cost and children should be advised against extensive shopping.
